Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Episcopal Church and theology is required.
• Bachelor's degree or college credits in religion preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with ability to relate to all age groups.
• Safe Church Training is required; background check will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Attend CEC staff meetings biweekly and participate in services.
• Develop and grow a robust youth and children program with volunteers.
• Design curriculum for weekly activities and annual events (VBS, Christmas Pageant).
• Organize EYC events and recruit acolytes and trainers.
• Support youth participation in diocesan events and outreach.
