The role emphasizes collaboration with families and licensed healthcare professionals to foster social skills, communication, and positive behavior in age-appropriate environments.

You may join as a CNA, DSP, childcare worker, daycare teacher, or residential counselor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, including role modeling and training to parents and families.
• Support the child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered service delivery meeting identified needs.
• Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program.
