The role involves community outings, swimming, and class attendance, requiring a caring, dependable, and active individual.

You will accompany the individual in daily activities, offer companionship, and help foster independence and social connections while ensuring safety and accurate documentation.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
