Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time direct support professional to assist an adult with developmental disabilities in home and community settings in Warren, New Jersey. You will promote communication, independence, and meaningful daily activities while maintaining safety and following individualized plans. Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Pay: $21-$24 per hour. Driving on shift is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience preferred.
• Able to complete onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Engage in games and activities to encourage communication and independence.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and safety following individualized instructions.
• Complete required documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
