Job summary

Dungarvin seeks a Part Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver. Salary starts at $19.00 per hour with a full wage scale of $19.00–$20.50 per hour. Schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8am‑4pm, totaling 24 hours per week.

Medical, vision, dental insurance available for eligible employees along with 401K, PTO, and training. Role involves direct support for individuals with I/DD, helping with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and behavior support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to residents with I/DD in daily living.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
• Implement positive behavior supports and de‑escalate when needed.
