Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Able to sit, stand, and walk for several hours each day.
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow and carry out each person’s Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• Help with housekeeping tasks to keep the home clean, safe, and healthy.
• Drive residents to appointments, activities, and community events.
• Take part in fire drills and know what to do in an emergency.
