RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Statesville/Hollingswood for part-time shifts (20 hours/week). You will advocate for individuals, support daily living skills, and help with transportation and community activities.

The role emphasizes person-centered planning and respectful, confidential care. The position offers $15.00 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, includes first/second shift options, and requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum age

Qualifications

• Teach and support independent living skills, including household management and personal care.
• Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Foster social connections by supporting relationship-building within the community.
• Support informed decision-making regarding living arrangements, employment, and social activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks and household chores as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of provided services and support.
• Connect individuals with community resources for career development and education.
