Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Care Specialists for part-time roles in Group Homes Hemlock & Austrian Court.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, medication administration, transportation, and community outings in a supportive home environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, patient, and team oriented, with strong communication skills.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean record.
• Pass State background screening.
• One year of relevant care experience preferred; substitute training accepted.

Mansioni

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Administer medications and document accordingly.
• Provide transportation and accompany community outings.
