Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Direct Care Professional for a PART TIME position in Goodyear, AZ. You will provide compassionate, personalized care to individuals with disabilities, helping with daily living activities and safety.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans, document progress, and participate in training. Minimum qualifications include high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification; DSP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in direct care or a related field.
• Preferred: DSP or Direct Support Professional certification.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
