Job description

We are hiring a Hotel Dinner Cook

As a hotel Cook, you’ll delight our guests with your attention to presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures. Our food service varies from buffet breakfasts to plated dinners and banquet events, depending on the hotel brand. Cooks are team players working with our operations team to deliver professional, competent, and prompt service to guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipes.
2. Properly document all food containers and adhere to rotation SOPs.
3. Practice safety standards at all times.
4. Report to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
5. Cook orders respecting guest requests and special needs with a positive attitude.
6. Proactively manage ordering, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to prevent service issues.
