Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is hiring a part-time Dining Server to join our compassionate team in Bend, Oregon. You’ll serve residents in the Assisted Living Dining Room, delivering a high-quality dining experience while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires availability for nights and weekends. Starting wage is $19.75 per hour DOE, with opportunities for increases and growth. We offer paid time off, 401K, double-time on holidays, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for hospitality and service in a rewarding environment.
• Genuine interest in caring for the senior population.
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Experience preferred, but not required. Training provided.
