Distinctive Living is seeking a courteous, part-time Server to join the Mira Vie at Brick dining team. You’ll help deliver quality meals, greet residents, and support the dining room in a friendly, professional manner.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, with experience in food service and a genuine desire to work with the elderly. You’ll help maintain a clean dining area and follow safety and dietary guidelines while providing a warm resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school students welcome; experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a positive customer service culture in the dining room through staff training.
• Ensures staff provides service that maintains resident experiences during meals.
• Maintains a clean dining room and proper sanitation of areas and equipment.
• Ensures safe work practices and compliance with Safety Committee Standards.
• Fosters teamwork, shows initiative, and supports others and residents.
