True Connection Communities in Shelby Township, MI is seeking a Part Time Server to deliver a best-in-class dining experience for residents and families. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, serve meals, keep work areas clean, and ensure timely delivery during busy service periods.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), prior food service experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and detail oriented.
• Able to ask appropriate questions to deliver the best service possible.
• Experience in hospitality or service environments is preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers.
• Takes food and drink orders from customers and answers questions about menu items.
• Relays customers’ orders to other kitchen staff.
• Serves food and drinks to customers.
• Cleans assigned work areas, such as dining tables or serving counters.
• Stocks service stations, cabinets, and tables.
• Sets tables or prepares food stations for new customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
