Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Florida SafeServe certification is required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and understand and follow directions.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up work stations according to guidelines.
• Prepare all food items per standardized recipes in a sanitary, timely manner.
• Distribute prepared food to service areas accurately and restock as needed.
• Maintain station cleanliness and safe sanitation practices.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
