Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Dining Room Attendant at Quarry Ridge Retirement to create joyful dining experiences for Residents. You will assist in Casual Dining and Fine Dining, greet guests, take orders, and ensure meals are served with care.

This role emphasizes teamwork, positive attitude, and hospitality in a resort-style community, with various perks and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with Residents, Guests, and Employees.
• Ability to secure food handler permits within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and meeting service needs.
• Greet tables in Fine Dining, guide menu selections, take orders, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water, and set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager when needed.
• Support other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
