Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen is hiring Part-time Dining Services Aides to join our culinary staff. You will provide timely service, setup trays, serve meals, and maintain high sanitation standards in a long-term care facility.

We value dependable team players with a ServSafe Food Handler certificate or willingness to obtain within 30 days after employment. Bilingual abilities and strong communication with residents and families are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous nursing care facility or service experience preferred.
• Must possess ServSafe Food Handler Certificate or obtain within 30 days after employment.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care dietary requirements.
• Work schedule reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions and work independently.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Handles food and equipment according to sanitation policies and procedures.
• Delivers and retrieves food carts to and from dining areas.
• Sets up trays for meals and lines.
• Assists in serving meals and preparing snacks and beverages.
• Prepares nutritional supplements and related items for patients.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation across work areas.
