Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in North Mankato, MN, is seeking a Culinary Aide to assist with meal presentation and serving for residents in our Assisted Living and Enhanced Care setting.

You will maintain dining area cleanliness, accommodate resident dietary needs, and support a warm, satisfactory dining experience for all residents. Part-time position with competitive pay of $16.63-$20.51 per hour based on experience. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the presentation and serving of meals to residents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities
• Accommodate resident meal-related requests promptly and courteously
• Be knowledgeable of and attentive to specific resident dietary needs and preferences
• Support the overall dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction
