Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include front desk customer service, visitor verification, access control, phone reception, and calm, compliant response to incidents, all within our security policy framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred, especially at a front desk or reception.
• Ability to verify identities and follow site-specific procedures.
• Comfort with basic computer/tablet use.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk location.
• Monitor facility access, verify visitor credentials, issue passes, maintain records.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, receive deliveries, assist guests in the lobby.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly per established procedures.
