The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with a focus on live streaming, recordings, and digital content delivery, requiring strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in PM/Business/IT or related field
• Experience coordinating projects, operations or events
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiar with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Trello)
• Experience with media/AV or digital platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of services, conferences, and programs.
• Develop project plans with scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources; track progress and risks.
• Design workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across operations.
• Oversee media and technical operations including live streaming, recordings, and digital delivery.
• Coordinate weekly services and large events from planning to on-site execution.
• Collaborate with leadership, volunteers, and technical teams to align priorities and execution.
