Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona (UCPSA) in Tucson, AZ, seeks a creative Part-Time Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to strengthen our digital brand and online presence. The role emphasizes content creation, storytelling, and cross-channel marketing with a flexible schedule.

You will manage website content, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials, while collaborating with leadership to identify stories and opportunities. A nonprofit background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, advertising, social media, or related field.
• Experience creating content for social media, websites, newsletters, or other digital platforms.
• Experience working within a website content management system.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and see projects through to completion.
• Arizona Driver's License and acceptable driving record when driving is required.
• Ability to obtain Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Help shape UCPSA's digital brand and online presence.
• Manage and update website content to be current, engaging, and easy to navigate.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across UCPSA's social media platforms.
• Develop email newsletters, internal communications, announcements, and promotional materials.
• Write and edit stories highlighting UCPSA's people, programs, families, partnerships, and impact.
• Support digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.
• Coordinate photography and visual content for digital and print use.
• Assist with event promotion and community outreach communications.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify stories and marketing opportunities.
• Stay current on digital marketing practices and technology.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design
