Job summary

Left Field Labs in Culver City, CA is seeking an organized Associate Producer to support digital web production and ongoing maintenance across multi-site properties. This part-time role collaborates with lead producers, motion designers, developers, and content platforms to organize deliverables, coordinate workflows, and ensure updates run smoothly.

As a candidate, you should be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage schedules, budgets, and resourcing while maintaining timely ownership

Qualifications

1–2 years of digital agency, production, and/or web coordination experience.
1+ years of relevant work experience in a tech-focused environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day web updates and minor site enhancements across active digital properties.
Organize, package, and track production assets and site content for smooth handoffs.
Collaborate with internal producers, developers, and creative teams to align schedules and remove blockers.
Maintain project momentum with clear task lists and meeting notes.
Prepare internal and client-facing presentations and coordinate meetings.
Assist in onboarding and resource management for new team members.
Develop project estimates and schedules.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities to improve output quality.
