Job summary

Riverland Community Health in St. Paul is looking for a part-time Registered Dietician to educate patients about diabetes self-management and provide Medical Nutrition Therapy. You will work in a diverse team dedicated to patient care and health service excellence.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and experience in diabetes care. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week, not eligible for benefits, in a clinic office environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Dietician is preferred.
• Current Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification is preferred.
• Experience with continuous glucose monitoring injectable diabetes medications.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements therapeutic nutritional care plans for patients.
• Provides direct patient education on diabetes and nutrition.
• Develops nutrition plans for diabetes and other chronic conditions.
