Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Dietary Cook for 24-29 hours per week. You will prepare and present meals according to company standards in a friendly, restaurant-style dining setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year of cooking experience in hospitality or healthcare, and ability to read recipes. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a cook in a hospitality or healthcare environment preferred.
• Able to read and follow recipes and printed production guides, cleaning schedules, and logs.
• State law and company standards require food handlers permit where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to company standards and ensure quality presentation.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Maintain kitchen, storage, and preparation areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Open and/or close the kitchen as needed and adhere to cleaning schedules.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
