Job summary

MercyOne Dubuque is seeking a Dietary Assistant to provide high quality food service to patients across age groups, from infants to the elderly. You will assist in assembling and delivering trays, work in the dish room, and perform a variety of cleaning duties to support nourishment and comfort.

This part-time, 0.6 FTE position requires flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills essential to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Manual dexterity and motor coordination to operate foodservice equipment.
• Effective communication skills.
