Job summary

Cura-Hospitality, part of Elior North America, is seeking a motivated Personal Care Dietary Aide to join our Healthcare Foodservice team in Philadelphia, PA. This part-time role will cross-train across areas to ensure smooth, safe operation of the dining and nourishment services.

Availability includes several shifts, with weekday and weekend options. You’ll assist with meal service, table setup, and basic food prep, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks using time management skills.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with meal service and dining room setup.
• Bussing tables and assisting the cook with food preparation and cleaning.
• Trayline setup and service, stocking and support in food service.
• Dishwashing, sanitation, and cross-training across departments.
