Cura-Hospitality, part of Elior North America, is seeking a motivated Personal Care Dietary Aide to join our Healthcare Foodservice team in Philadelphia, PA. This part-time role will cross-train across areas to ensure smooth, safe operation of the dining and nourishment services.

Availability includes several shifts, with weekday and weekend options. You’ll assist with meal service, table setup, and basic food prep, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Personal Care Dietary Aide to join our Healthcare Foodservice team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Personal Care Dietary Aide with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work as part of our talented dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen. *This is a part time position which will be cross-trained and has the postential to transition into a full time position for the right candidate.

Availability should include:

• 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
• 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Weekday and weekend availability

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with meal service, setting and bussing tables in the dining room and assisting the cook as needed with food preparation and cleaning.
• This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Primary duties will include trayline setup/service, Personal Care dining service, stocking and food-service support, dishwashing/utility duties, cleaning and sanitation, and other dietary aide responsibilities as assigned. The candidate must be willing to cross-train and work in multiple areas based on department needs.

Compensation Range

• Pay rate starts at $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based upon experience
