Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order
• Assist serving meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times
• Clear dining areas and collect plates and utensils
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage
• Clean stations and wash dishes, cookware, and silverware
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• Assist in tracking expenses and meal planning
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances
