Job summary

Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide in Ridgeland, SC. You will assist with serving meals, ensure correct portions, and help with kitchen cleaning per established procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining appetizing meal presentation, aiding in cleanup, and performing other duties as needed. Must have a high school diploma or GED and pass a background check; English literacy is essential. Teamwork and patient care are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience with elderly care and food service is preferred but not required.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Must pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals according to portion control procedures.
• Present meals appetizingly and neatly.
• Assist in daily cleaning of tables, blocks, and refrigerators/freezers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
