• Obtain and document pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and administer heparin as permitted by state law.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Provide excellent service to patients and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The Part-Time Dialysis Technician functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients.
