Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Part-Time Dialysis Nurse to join its team in Batavia, IL. You will supervise dialysis care, work hands-on with a skilled team, and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.

You'll provide direct hemodialysis, assess patients, educate them on renal health, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate treatment, documentation, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current state RN license or compact license
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in any practice area
• Minimum of 3 months dialysis experience
• BLS Provider certification

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises their performance, and ensures compliance with clinical standards.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and documents interventions and outcomes.
• Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team members, reports critical lab results, and ensures continuity of treatment.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and ensures timely completion of care plans in compliance with safety and regulatory protocols.
