Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and active RN license.
• Current State appropriate or Compact RN License.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, assessments, medications administration, and patient education on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises their performance and ensures clinical standards compliance.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed and documents interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical lab results.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and care plans, ensuring timely documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Performs duties with safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
