PCC Portland Community College is seeking applications for Part-Time Faculty assignments in the Developmental Education program. This role involves teaching candidates who are struggling academically and includes responsibilities such as full-term and substitute assignments.

The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, with experience in teaching reading, writing, or math.

Hourly rates will be determined by the course type taught, and eligible faculty may access certain PCC benefits.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field or Bachelor's with teaching experience in reading, writing, or math.
• Experience working with underprepared students.
• Three years of equivalent full-time teaching experience in relevant subjects.

Responsabilidades

• Teach part-time in the Developmental Education program.
• Be available for substitute and full-term class assignments as needed.
