Job summary

Charles B. Wang Community Health Center in New York is seeking a fellowship-trained dermatologist for a part-time outpatient role.

You will deliver evidence-based dermatology care to adults and children within a multidisciplinary team, with a flexible schedule that can include weekends. The position emphasizes accessible, compassionate care, collaboration with primary care sites, translation services available, and opportunities to impact the urban community.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school and licensed to practice in New York State.
• Certification or eligible for certification in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology.
• One to two years of experience in practicing dermatology preferred.
• Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean or Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Flexible schedule, including opportunity to work on weekends only.
• Responsible for dermatology care for adult and pediatric patients referred from the Health Center's primary care sites.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary providers to ensure that patients receive the best in dermatology care.
• Provide quality care to patients.
• Participate in all activities for the multidisciplinary team-based approach for the care of adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned
