Job summary

42 North Dental in Chalfont, PA invites a part-time Dentist to join our team. You will lead the complete patient care experience, from exams and treatment planning to delivering care across our practice’s in-house specialties.

This is a patient-focused role with a strong emphasis on continuing education and quality outcomes. In our established practice, you will work a Part-Time schedule (two Saturdays per month) with opportunities for advanced procedures and CE events through our network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

Education
