Job summary

42North Dental in Creamery, PA is seeking a part-time Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience, from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You will join a collaborative practice that values education and mentorship.

Daily rate $750-$900 USD. Flexible scheduling with Saturdays twice monthly, as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance provided.
• BLS/CPR certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and discuss treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform dental surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments in dentistry.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
