Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our team in Stockertown, PA. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a flexible schedule with two Saturdays per month from 7AM-12PM and a competitive daily rate of $750–$900 USD. We support ongoing education and collaboration within our network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry
