Job summary

42 North Dental in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Dentist to manage the full patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care in a busy practice. You will provide comprehensive restorative and preventive care, coordinate with in-office specialists, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism while promoting oral health.

Schedule includes two Saturday mornings per month, 7AM–12PM.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans
• Maintain and update patient records
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Maintain high quality standards and professionalism
• Keep current with new developments and best practices
