Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice with a strong patient flow. You will oversee the complete clinical patient experience from exam to delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a Part-Time schedule (Labor Day - Memorial Day, two Saturdays per month 7AM-12PM) and comprehensive benefits for those averaging 32 hours per week. Competitive daily rate applies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license to practice dentistry.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Active licensure and credentials as a dentist.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
