Job summary

42 North Dental, a respected dental practice, is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our team. You’ll deliver comprehensive patient care across general and specialty areas, from exams to treatment planning and delivery of care.

Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900 USD, with opportunities for continuing education and mentorship within ournetwork of doctors. You’ll contribute to excellent patient experiences while maintaining compliant records and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination confirmed.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification is current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues in the oral cavity
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development

Education
