Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a part-time Dentist to provide general dentistry services in the Austin area. The role emphasizes oral surgery with DOCS handling staffing, invoicing, and ordering of dental supplies. Direct access to the Chief Dental Officer for clinical consultation is provided.

Competitive compensation and malpractice reimbursement are included. Requirements include an active Texas State Dental License and DDS/DMD from an accredited school.

Qualifications

• Active Texas dental license
• Graduate from an accredited school of Dentistry (DDS/DMD)
• Experienced clinician preferred
• Confident and proficient in surgical technique

Responsibilities

• Exam, diagnose and treat patients within defined scope of service
• Treat acutely symptomatic concerns
• Perform routine and surgical extractions
• Document dental encounters using SOAP format and obtain consent
• Submit patient treatment log to Corporate Office after each visit
• Provide dental services within designated hours of operations
