Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our team in a well-established practice. You will oversee the full patient experience from exam to treatment planning, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

A strong patient flow and a collaborative network of Doctors support your practice. The role emphasizes patient education, treatment planning, and high-quality dental care with a focus on ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices

Education
