Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role covers the full clinical patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care, including in-office services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a weekly schedule with two Saturdays per month, 7AM-12PM, and a daily rate of $750–$900 USD. Join a collaborative network of doctors and access ongoing education and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS from a CODA-accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required for employment.
• Malpractice insurance proof may be requested.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current BLS or CPR certification
