Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care within our established practice. The role covers exams, treatment planning, and delivery of care across in-office specialties, with a strong patient flow and opportunities for continuing education.

The position involves part-time scheduling with weekend availability; benefits include health and dental coverage, vision, 401(k), and ongoing CE opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.

Education
