Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) invites passionate educators to join our Dental Department as a part-time, temporary Dentist. You will provide clinical services within an educational setting and supervise faculty and students, under the Dental Director.

This role supports accreditation efforts and contributes to continuous program effectiveness. The position emphasizes patient care, supervision of dental hygiene and assisting faculty, and collaboration with college leadership to

Qualificações

• Doctor of Dental Science or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current unrestricted license to practice as a dentist in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical services as a dentist within an educational setting.
• Oversee and supervise dental assisting/hygiene faculty and students.
• Review patient medical histories and evaluate medically compromised patients.
• Prescribe and interpret dental radiographs and sealants.
• Document clinical findings and maintain student records.
• Ensure compliance with college, state and federal rules.
