Job summary

42North Dental in the United States is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the full patient experience—from exam to delivery of care—with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Part-time schedule: Labor Day to Memorial Day, two Saturdays per month from 7AM-12PM. Daily rate $750–$900 USD. We offer a supportive team, continuing education, mentorship, and a strong network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
