42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the patient experience from exam through treatment planning to care delivery, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The role offers a daily rate of $750–$900 USD, with a schedule that includes Labor Day through Memorial Day and two Saturdays per month from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices through continuing education.
