Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the complete patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

This part-time role offers flexible Saturday hours, a strong patient flow, mentorship through a network of doctors, and ongoing continuing education at no cost to you.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
