42North Dental in Laurys Station, PA, is seeking a part-time Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong flow of new patients each month.

The Dentist will perform exams, create treatment plans, educate patients, and maintain comprehensive records while upholding the highest standards of care and ethics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans with patients
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics
