Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time dentist to join our team. Responsibilities span from initial exams and treatment planning to delivering comprehensive care, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics as applicable.

You will educate patients, review options, and maintain detailed medical and dental records while engaging in ongoing professional development and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures as needed.
Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
Keep up with new dental developments and continuing education.
