Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the full patient care experience, from exam to treatment, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This role offers a daily rate of $750 to $900 USD and includes opportunities for continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration within an nationwide network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
